How it works & Why we work it!
As we educate real estate professionals on the value of home staging we have found there's a gap between between Agent and Stager. It's difficult to embrace something that your unfamiliar with and as much as home staging is experiencing critical growth, the industry is far from regulated and almost every Home Stager works a little differently. . .we had to simplify the process!
We took our connections with industry professionals on both sides of the process and have negotiated a flat rate of $350 for an initial home staging consultation. We have curated a talented pool of Home Stagers and designers that will provide a two hour onsite consultation followed by a two hour detailed Home Staging Report. During the course of the consultation or after receiving the staging report your client will be given the opportunity to hire the Home Stager to facilitate their improvements.
LuxeRED will field your initial staging requests, gather all the pertinent details regarding the listing from the agent, collect payment and connect the Agent with the appropriate Stager for the project. $200 goes to the Stager, a percentage goes to the RESA organization for their continued pursuit of excellence in Home Staging, and a percentage goes to LuxeRED's administrative and marketing costs to facilitate the process.
